Warehouse Team Coach

As a future Warehouse Team Coach at our client, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You will work closely with the team leader who will train you and whom you can succeed within a few years
• You will be responsible for coaching, assisting, and conducting evaluation interviews for order pickers and drivers
• You will help out where necessary and intervene when you see things going wrong
• You will work in a flexible shift system, involved in the preparation and distribution of orders

As a future Warehouse Team Coach, you recognize yourself in the following competencies:

• You have previous work experience in a warehouse environment or have completed logistics training
• You have people skills, dare to direct, name things, and make decisions
• You have the ambition to grow into a Team Leader role
• You are proficient with computers
• You can express yourself professionally in Dutch and English
• You are a guiding and leading type, not too introverted, and ambitious
• Experience in a coaching role as a dispatcher, team leader, or branch manager is a plus
• You are flexible and willing to work shifts and a few Saturday mornings (max 10) per year
