Function As future Teamcoach Magazijn at our client, you will be responsible for the following task package: You work closely together with the team leader who will train and can follow you within a few years. You are in charge of coaching, helping, conducting evaluation conversations with order pickers and drivers. You help where needed and intervene when you see things going wrong. You work in a flexible shift system where you are involved in preparing and distributing orders.
