The SIXT Autovermietung Deutschland Recruitment Team is always on full throttle: We cover all functions in our branch network and have a high volume of recruitment processes to handle, so we can quickly relieve our colleagues on the ground and offer our customers premium service at the location. We are located both in Pullach and Cologne, have the possibility for mobile work, such as from home, and are present nationwide at university fairs, career days, and branch visits. At the next possible time, we are looking for a full-time reinforcement as Teamassistenz Recruiting (m/w/d) for our Cologne office location.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You support our Talent Acquisition Managers (m/w/d) in their daily operations with your organizational talent in German and English.
• You take over the scheduling and correspondence with applicants and send out our aptitude tests and case scenarios.
• You are a competent point of contact for our applicants throughout the entire candidate journey.
• You place job postings and create reports on various recruitment KPIs.
• You support our team leadership & Director Recruiting in office routine, coordinate, organize, and stand ready to provide administrative support.

YOUR SKILLS COUNT

• You have initial professional experience in the field of Office Administration and correspondence - also in English.
• You possess a successfully completed vocational training or business studies degree.
• You like to tackle challenges pragmatically, flexibly, and can inspire people.
• You are interested in the field of recruitment and want to further develop your expertise in it.
• You are comfortable with MS Office and find it easy to apply new systems.
• You look behind the scenes and believe that this is the basis for exciting business with new top talent - no worries, you don't have to rent cars.
