Team Assistant / Project Management

We are looking for a team assistant/project management part-time with an option to full-time starting from mid/end of July 2026.

Our office is located directly at the Fleet between Stadthausbrücke and Rödingsmarkt. At our agency, designers and developers work closely together – often even sitting next to each other.

We design for topics with a future: energy, environment, health, as well as research and development. In this context, we are a small, personal, and uncomplicated team with direct collaboration and relaxed atmosphere. In the summer, we will also grill at the Fleet, in the winter, we will make movies or go to our favorite Italian restaurant around the corner.

Aufgaben

You will keep many threads together for us and that's what makes the job so diverse. At its core, it's about three areas:

- Offers, invoices & calculations
- Project management (planning, coordination, keeping an overview)
- Organization & administration (office, communication, appointments, everything that keeps the store running)

In addition, there will be everything else that happens in agency daily life.

What would be really great:

If you have a desire to dive deeper into our projects. For example, in concept development or structuring of websites, design. Not a must, but very welcome.

Qualifikation

What you should bring with you

- A few years of professional experience
- Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Organizational talent, self-reliance, and a good feeling for priorities
- Communication strength and joy in working in a team
- Desire to shape things

Nice to have (not a must):
- Experience in the agency field (ideally design / digital)
- First experience with Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or simply a desire to learn it
- Interest in web, content, or editorial care of websites
