Your mission: You will always keep an overview of your projects from project status, maintenance of all related lists up to project controlling You will administratively support your national and international customers including order situation, -maintenance, and -settlement Your customers know you as the first point of contact for all organizational matters such as coordination of appointments You will support customer acquisition by preparing offers and administratively processing tenders You are happy to take over the scheduling, organization, and setting up digital documents for advisors if support is needed here You prepare customer events You are responsible for organizing and creating documents for presentations and meetings Your profile: Successfully completed commercial vocational training Professional experiences in the commercial sector Good English skills Enjoy shaping and maintaining customer relationships Safe handling of common MS-Office applications is expected Independent and reliable working style Always responsible and communicative appearance A modern workplace will be offered to you Convenient location Systematic onboarding including training sessions Hybrid work Company pension plan Regular team events Travel expense reimbursement Please understand that postal submissions will not be returned.
