Team Assistant (m/w/x) Office Management

To strengthen our expert team at our customer from the telecommunications industry, we're looking for a Team Assistant (m/w/x) Office Management in permanent employment at K-tronik. We're excited to get to know you personally and work together with passion and teamwork on exciting projects and future-oriented technologies.

Tasks:

• You'll be the central point of contact for our development teams at our Stuttgart location, along with two colleagues, for office management. You'll support the teams in all aspects related to office organization, including correspondence via email/telephone, reception, ordering office supplies/equipment, time recordings - You'll take over travel management (booking and settlement of trips) - You'll process incoming and outgoing goods (preparation of delivery notes until dispatch, inventory bookings, etc.) - You'll plan and organize events for up to 300 people.

Qualifications:

• You have a completed commercial vocational training or comparable education - You have work experience in the commercial sector - Office management is your passion - You're an organizational talent - You're confident in handling MS-Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP is advantageous - You stand out with high self-initiative and teamwork - You work structured and goal-oriented - You're open to occasional business trips within Germany (about 10-15% per year) - Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
