Team Assistant (m/w/d) Property Management

For our customer, a company from the housing industry, we are looking for a team assistant (m/w/d) property management in southeastern Munich as soon as possible. Our customer has long-standing experience in the housing industry and offers a wide range of innovative solutions for the housing market. In addition to new construction and rental, the renovation and maintenance of the property portfolio are among the most important tasks of the company. Your tasks: First point of contact for visitors, caretakers, craftsmen, and tenants; Organization of daily business in the property management: processing of post and email, key issuance, scheduling and team coordination; Administration of office materials, orders, and fleet; Supporting property managers in customer matters, document management, and tenant changes; Ensuring quality through contract monitoring, adherence to processing times, and professional complaint management; Taking over special tasks for the team leadership. Your profile: Completed commercial training or comparable qualification; First experience in the housing industry is an advantage; Communication skills, organizational talent, and enthusiasm for customer contact; Structured, solution-oriented working style and teamwork; Ability to handle stress, self-initiative, and safe handling of MS-Office (SAP knowledge is a plus).
