The GFN GmbH accompanies people nationwide in their further education and professional reorientation as an educational provider with IT specialization.

We are looking for you as an assistant and customer service representative (m/w/x) part-time at our training center in Aachen.

If you have already gained some experience in the field of adult education, preferably in subsidized further education?

You enjoy working with people, approach them openly, can actively listen and understand how to put yourself in other situations?

Tasks

• Organization of daily office routine and support in general assistant tasks
• Independent customer service at the location
• Administration and careful maintenance of participant files
• BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OF CONTACTS TO PRACTICE COMPANIES, THE IHK AND RELEVANT FUNDERS
• Assistance with organizational processes in the training center
• If interested and suitable, also taking over initial counseling on our education offers

Qualification

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Outstanding organizational talent and a clear, solution-oriented work style
• Routine in administrative tasks and customer service
• Safe handling of MS-Office
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Team-oriented attitude combined with the ability to complete tasks independently
• High initiative and a good sense in dealing with different customers
• Careful, structured, and forward-looking work style
• Reliability and genuine joy in daily work
