Team Assistant in Project Management (m/w/d)

For our customer in southwestern Munich, we are looking for a team assistant in project management (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

The company with its headquarters in Munich is specialized in the development and production of specialized vehicles and system technology. It offers international solutions and logistical support for various applications.
Your tasks: Support of the team in operational daily business and active participation in exciting projects
Independent takeover of internal department projects with room for creative ideas
Conducting analyses on project-relevant topics and presenting the results in a clear manner to ensure project progress and compliance with deadlines
Preparation of presentations, reports, and decision-making documents as well as participation in preparing and following up meetings
Interface for management, employees, and external service providers
Organization and administration of the department's secretariat, including scheduling and travel management
Planning and implementation of workshops and events together with the team


Your profile: Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk or business administrator for office communication, ideally with first experience as a project assistant
Safe handling of MS Office, preferably also knowledge of SAP
Independent and structured working style combined with organizational talent and quick comprehension
Carefulness, communication strength, and joy in dealing with people and teamwork
Service-oriented work is self-evident
Fluent German skills, good English skills are a plus


Our benefits for you: You will receive an unlimited employment contract and have the opportunity to be taken over by our customer on a permanent basis
Salary range of 50,000 to 60,000 euros gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications

We offer holiday and Christmas bonuses according to the IGZ collective agreement
First bonus payment after 4 months 750 euros gross and after 14 months another 750 euros gross
