In the context of an employment in audiology, all important basic knowledge for professional activity will be imparted both theoretically and practically.

Tasks

• You accompany our customers from A to Z on their way to better hearing and more quality of life.
• You are the central point of communication within and outside the company. You discuss, for example, with health insurance companies, laboratories, ENT practices or hearing aid manufacturers.
• You coordinate appointments and prepare them before and after.
• The entire ordering process and inventory management also belong to that.
• You advise deeply on topics such as hearing loss and hearing aids, accessories and ear protection.
• If you want to be hands-on later, you can prepare the hearing measurements and the molds of earpieces.
• You can also take over service appointments, where hearing aids are regularly checked, repaired and cleaned.

Qualification

• Completed training in a commercial, medical, nursing or service-oriented field (e.g. geriatric care, medical assistants, MFA, practice management, optometry, pharmacy, dental practices, sales, consulting, retail, wholesale, merchants)
• Relevant experience in customer contact
• Organizational skills for a good structure
• Sympathy and enthusiasm for a new task with future prospects
