In the context of an employment in audiology, all important basic knowledge for professional activity will be imparted both theoretically and practically.

Tasks

• You accompany our customers from A to Z on their path to better hearing and more quality of life.
• You are the central point of communication within and outside the company. You discuss, for example, with health insurance companies, laboratories, ENT practices or hearing aid manufacturers.
• You coordinate appointments and prepare them before and after.
• The entire ordering process and inventory management also belong to that.
• You advise in-depth on topics such as hearing loss and hearing aids, accessories, and ear protection.
• If you want to be involved in hands-on activities later, you can prepare audiometric measurements and impressions of ear molds.
• You can also take over service appointments, where hearing aids are regularly checked, repaired, and cleaned.

Qualification

• Completed training in a commercial, medical, nursing, or service-oriented field (e.g. gerontology, healthcare, medical specialist, practice management, optometry, pharmacy, dentistry, sales, consulting, retail, wholesale, merchant)
• Relevant experience in customer contact
• Organizational skills for a good structure
• Empathy and enthusiasm for a new job with future prospects
