Tasks:

• Surety of smooth communication by phone, email, letter, personal contact for the team or leadership - Conducting office organization (post, filing, office supplies, meeting room management, inventory management, etc.) - Planning and organizing business trips up to travel expense accounting - Scheduling and coordination for team/leadership - Planning and accompanying various internal and external events - Creating statistics, presentation, and training materials

Qualifications:

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a commercial vocational training (or comparable) - (First) work experience as Team Assistant or in a comparable position - Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) - You enjoy working with tools like Confluence, Sharepoint, SAP - Reliable and structured work style paired with organizational talent - Self-reliant work style and engaged, team-oriented work style - You describe yourself as curious and communicative - Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
