Your Tasks:

• Maintain guest relations
• Monitor and order office supplies
• Order consumable materials and conduct inventory management
• Keep cash book records
• Reception duties, telephone contact point
• Mail processing
• Support interface, assistance for relevant departments
• Preliminary accounting preparation
• Preparation of meetings, coordination of appointments

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in the field of business administration or a degree in business administration
• Familiarity with MS-Office
• Good English and German language skills in writing and speaking
• Time flexibility, organized, reliable, and responsible
• Independent, meticulous, and organized work style
• Pleasant and friendly demeanor
