• You will support the department in its daily business
• You are responsible for telephone support
• You will take over all tasks related to assistance
• You will create presentations
• You will process decision-making documents
• You will maintain data
• You will conduct internal and external correspondence
• You will coordinate appointments
• You are responsible for protocol management
• You will plan and book trips

Your Profile:

• You have completed a commercial vocational training program
• You possess good MS-Office skills
• You can speak German fluently in writing and speaking
• Your structured, implementation-oriented, and solution-oriented work style sets you apart
• You convince through organizational talent, discretion, and loyalty
