• Role: SEN Teaching Assistant (Team Teach trained)

• Location: Barking and Dagenham

• Salary: £88 – £110 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

• Contract: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 4:00pm

• Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), SEMH, and complex learning needs.

• Using your Team Teach training to manage challenging behaviours effectively.

• Offering 1:1 support and small group interventions to boost confidence and independence.

• Assisting teachers in creating engaging, inclusive, and safe lessons.

• Building positive relationships that make school a place pupils love coming to.

• Team Teach certification (essential).

• Experience in SEN or behaviour support settings.

• A calm, patient, and proactive approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply).
