Deputy Manager / Manager – Team Member Internal Audit Location: Mumbai Experience: 1–6 Years Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) About the Role We are looking for a proactive and analytical Internal Audit professional to strengthen our governance, risk management, and internal controls framework. This role offers exposure to diverse business functions, manufacturing operations, and multi-location audits while partnering closely with business leaders to drive process excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Conducting audits of various business processes and systems to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. • Identifying and reporting audit findings and recommendations for improvement. • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and monitor progress. • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the organization's operations, risks, and internal controls. • Providing guidance and support to team members on audit planning, execution, and reporting. • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
