Job description
Your tasks as Team-Manager
- You lead your team through the day – whether it's breakfast, lunchtime rush, evening or night shift.
- You plan employee deployment, coordinate workflow and ensure a smooth shift operation.
- You are the first point of contact for your team, provide feedback and accompany new colleagues during their onboarding process.
- You recognize potential in your team, actively fosters talents and supports colleagues in their further development.
- You ensure compliance with our standards in quality, hygiene, safety and service.
- You support restaurant management in organizational and administrative tasks such as shift documentation, ordering or evaluating key figures.
- You develop yourself step by step – with the clear goal of taking on more responsibility in restaurant management yourself.
