Team Manager - House Recovery

Right now, we are looking for a Team Manager to play a pivotal role in our Complex needs Service in Tower Hamlets. Sounds great, what will I be doing? You will oversee and coordinate the management of a High Support Accommodation based service and Services that provide support to people with complex needs. This includes managing a team of staff who work closely with individuals to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our services are delivered in a way that is person-centred, flexible, and responsive to the changing needs of the individuals we support. As part of this role, you will need to develop strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that our services are integrated and effective. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
