Interim team manager Gebiedsteam Team Sneek Noord & Vakteam WMO (Vervanging for initially a half year, 27-36 hours per week but three days of 9 hours is negotiable). Due to the simultaneous departure of a team manager and two team leaders, we are looking for a temporary connecting manager who can simultaneously ensure continuity in service delivery and contribute to the development of the Gebiedsteams. The Gebiedsteam Team Noord consists of approximately 25 employees. The hired team manager will also receive the thematic attention WMO. The distribution between WMO content and team management is estimated to be an average ratio of 50%/50%. You must enjoy constantly switching between leading vocational content and leading a comprehensive Gebiedsteam.
