If you are a Senior Property Manager that has dabbled with the idea of stepping up into leadership – this could be your chance!

The Role:

Manage a small VIP portfolio with 1 x landlord (This is easy! – no ingoing’s, no arrears, no routines needed to be done)
Lead, manage and support a team of Property Managers & Assistants
Work closely with Management
Assisting in recruitment, onboard and training
Manage any escalated issues with owners or tenants
Report into management on team performance, KPI’s etc.
Attend team meetings
Implement any positive changes to the team

The Candidate:

Previous Senior Property Management or Team Leader experience
You need to possess leadership attributes!
Be a ‘go-to’ person and a peoples person
A current Certificate of Registration
Own car and Drivers license
Have the ability to work with a leadership panel
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Great presentational skills
Be a motivated self-starter
