Affairs Technology meets Leadership: Technical and personnel leadership of a qualified team of mechatronics engineers. Work organization: Planning, coordination, and monitoring of maintenance, repair, and diagnostic tasks. Quality management: Ensuring the highest standards for all technical work and vehicle handovers. Technical support: Providing expert advice and support to your team on complex task assignments.

Customer service: Collaboration with customer service to ensure optimal care and guidance for customers. Process optimization: Introduction and implementation of modern workshop processes and technologies. Safety management: Compliance with safety and environmental regulations as well as company guidelines.

Profile Technical enthusiasm with leadership experience Completed education as an automotive mechatronics engineer EFZ, vehicle technology or equivalent qualification. Ideally a further education in the field of leadership, e.g. workshop master/in, technician/in or similar. Several years of professional experience in the workshop, ideally in a leading position.

Fundamental knowledge of modern vehicle technology, diagnostic systems, and repair methods. Leadership skills, organizational talent, and communication strength. Self-directed, solution-oriented, and structured work style. Driver's license category B.
