We are looking for a technical leader to head our Warsaw-based Systems Engineering team, balancing strategic architectural oversight with modern people management to scale infrastructure processing billions of dollars annually. The ideal candidate will have experience in DevOps and Systems Engineering, with a strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, containerization, and automation. They should be able to lead by example, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. Key responsibilities: • Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions for our payment processing systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cloud-native architectures, leveraging technologies such as Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible. • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, identifying opportunities for process improvements and technology adoption. • Mentor and guide team members in their professional development, providing coaching and feedback to ensure individual and team growth. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
