Team Leader of Development and Integration Team

About the project As a Team Leader, you will combine engineering competencies with leadership skills. You will manage the work of the development team, ensuring process optimization, code quality standards, and timely task execution. Your mentoring and architectural vision will allow us to safely develop key integration systems. Your responsibilities Team Management: Organizing daily work, planning tasks, and monitoring developer workload. System Architecture: Collaborating in defining and implementing long-term integration architecture. Code Quality: Enforcing good engineering practices and conducting Code Review sessions. People and Development: Technical mentoring, team motivation, and nurturing their competence development. Reporting: Communicating work progress, project statuses, and KPIs to superiors. Our requirements Technology: Good knowledge of .NET 10, Python + Django, and MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases. Architecture: Practical experience in designing integration system architecture. Tools: Familiarity with Azure DevOps environment. Leadership: Experience in team leadership, technical mentoring, and Code Review. Advantage: Knowledge of leadership methodologies and models: DiSC, ADKAR, SL2. Nice to have Cloud: Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or Event Grid. Tools and Systems: Experience with Docker and Microsoft BizTalk. Business: Knowledge of logistics processes in the 3PL industry. What we offer Stable employment based on an employment contract.
