We have an urgent hiring requirement for Team Leader (US Accounting Domain) : Job Title: Team Leader – US Accounting Outsourcing Location: Ahmedabad, India (On-site) Company: Safebooks Global Experience Required: 5–8 Years (US Accounting Domain) Working Hours: US Shift (Evening/Night) 5pm to 2am About the Company Safebooks Global is a fast-growing accounting outsourcing firm that provides bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, and audit support services to CPA firms and small to mid-sized businesses and also offers financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance services. We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with strong US Accounting knowledge to lead our team in Ahmedabad, India. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and be familiar with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of accountants, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a team of accountants to ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high-quality standards. • Ensure compliance with US accounting principles and regulations. • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. • Collaborate with the management team to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the business. • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to maintain expertise in US accounting domain. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. • 5-8 years of experience in US accounting domain, preferably in a leadership role. • Strong understanding of GAAP and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP. • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
