Job Description

Customer service, tracking and supervision of last-mile delivery.
Compliance with shipping plan.
Placement of freight transport and unloading maneuvers.
Support for reception and release of service evidence.
Supervision and tracking of e-commerce volume.
Dealing with suppliers, escalation of incidents at the 2nd level.
Reporting of weekly/monthly results.
Personnel management and incident containment
