Work Location : Sector 21 Dwarka Sector 63 Noida Responsibilities Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a Inside Sales team, to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular monitoring of the team's performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure target achievement. Customer Communication: Ensure high standards of customer communication, maintaining a positive and professional tone in all interactions. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of the team's work, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, providing guidance, support, and motivation to the team to achieve their goals. Certifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in MS Office applications.
