Our survey team is looking for a Team Leader - Survey who will lead a team of surveyors and engineers to deliver high-quality projects. As a Team Leader - Survey, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10 people, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will also be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field such as civil engineering, construction management or surveying, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
