Job Title: Team Lead – Personal Loan Industry: Banking & Financial Services Location: Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh) CTC : Upto 4.5 LPA Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in Personal Loan Sales , 1 year in team Handling Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead to manage and drive Personal Loan sales through the open market. The ideal candidate must have proven team handling experience and a strong track record in retail unsecured loan sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and ensure timely completion of sales activities. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales performance, provide feedback, and set goals. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth. Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and teamwork. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Personal Loan Sales, with at least 1 year of experience in team handling. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
