Team Leader - SRR

In this role, as Team Leader SRR, you are the daily point of contact for the department. At SRR, short for Sample Reception & Registration, products received from our customers are analyzed. From this department, they are brought to the right department for analysis. Products that need chemical analysis go first to the Prepa department, where they are prepared for chemical analyses.

As Team Leader SRR, you will work on improving safety, quality, and productivity. You are responsible for a diverse team of 12 colleagues with whom you build new and more efficient processes. Additionally, you are responsible for coordinating daily tasks.

You have a coaching role towards the team and motivate, among other things, self-reliance and teamwork. You have insight into building the team and know where opportunities and chances lie, such as training and career development. You create an environment where employees perform, grow, contribute, and enjoy their work. Furthermore, you take an advisory role regarding operational and tactical issues towards the Operations Manager and work closely with other departments.
