As part of the team, you will be working closely with other healthcare professionals, including speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and social workers. Key responsibilities: • Provide leadership and guidance to the team of speech pathologists, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to clients. • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve client outcomes and service delivery. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and deliver comprehensive treatment plans that meet the needs of clients. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech pathology, and apply this knowledge to inform your work. • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality services. • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff members to help them develop their skills and confidence. What we're looking for: • A qualified speech pathologist with a relevant degree or postgraduate qualification. • Proven experience in leadership or management roles, preferably within an allied health setting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality services. • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry developments.
