Team Leader Speech Pathologist - Community - ACT

Their network is currently comprised of 12 locations and they are now looking for an amazing Speech Pathologist to join their team as a Team Leader. About the Role: We are currently seeking a Speech Pathologist to lead a team of Speech Pathologists in a community setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership, a strong clinical background, and the ability to inspire and motivate their team. Key Responsibilities: As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Speech Pathologists, providing clinical guidance and support, and ensuring that the team is meeting the needs of the community. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing therapy services to patients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or related field; Master's degree preferred. Current certification as a Speech Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist, with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
