What you will do:

• Coordinate the activity of the sorting team to ensure the efficiency of the product sorting process
• Supervise and provide support to team members to maintain quality standards
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure the optimal flow of operations
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to optimize sorting processes
• Monitor team performance and report to management

💰 Total net package of up to 4,400 lei (consisting of base salary and performance bonus) + meal tickets of 30 lei/day
