Team Leader - Social Care

Team Leader – Advocacy Services Homebased, covering Scotland with ability to travel across regions £27,500 – 31,500 (dependent on experience) Full-time, permanent Make a real difference. Lead a team that speaks up for those who need to be heard. We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Team Leader to guide and inspire a group of dedicated advocates. You’ll ensure your team delivers exceptional advocacy services that empower individuals, protect their rights, and influence positive changes in their lives. You will be responsible for managing a team of advocates who work with individuals who are experiencing or have experienced homelessness, substance misuse, or other forms of social exclusion. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing advocacy strategies, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring that the team is equipped to provide high-quality services.
