You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs. How you will contribute You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment or systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Your responsibilities include: • Maintaining equipment or systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. • Identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact production. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and improve processes. • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. • Providing technical guidance and support to team members. • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to drive business results. You will be responsible for: • Maintaining accurate records of equipment or system performance, maintenance activities and any issues that arise. • Conducting routine inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. • Collaborating with the production team to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. • Providing technical support to production staff to resolve equipment or system-related issues. • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to company policies and procedures.
