TEAM LEADER - SETTORE CLEANING

Direzione Lavoro Group Direzione Lavoro Group Spa (Aut. Min. 0001 del 21/01/19) Filiale di Pomezia, seeks for reality operating in the facility sector, a TEAM LEADER for the Venice area. The figure is responsible for ensuring the correct provision of services on construction sites, ensuring operational quality, respect for contractual standards and reaching economic objectives. Supervises personnel, organizes shifts, monitors activity progress and maintains direct contact with the client for all operational needs. Supports the Contract Leader in technical-commercial inspections, administrative management of personnel (attendance, injuries, hiring, training) and purchases of materials and services necessary for the construction site. Ensures correct application of procedures in Quality, Safety and Environment, including management of DPIs, medical visits and waste disposal. It is an operational, organizational and relational figure, fundamental to ensure efficiency, continuity of service and a partnership relationship with the client. Minimum requirements - Proven experience in the cleaning sector. - Possession of a training certificate on specific safety – low risk (possession of training for supervisors constitutes a preferential title). Job classification - Level: Operative – CCNL Multiservizi, 3rd level. - Contract: Fixed-term contract of 3 months, with concrete possibility of stabilization. Working hours - Full-time – 40 weekly hours. - Work on variable shift schedules: - 06:00 – 15:00 - 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour lunch break) - Monday to Friday.
