Team Leader Service Now

For a primary international consulting company with offices in Milan and Turin, we are looking for a ServiceNow Team Leader with consolidated experience on enterprise projects and technical-functional coordination capabilities. Main responsibilities: * Supervise development, configuration, and personalization activities of the platform * Design scalable technical solutions in ITSM, CSM, SPM, HRSD, ITOM, and related modules * Coordinate the design and development of integrations with other systems and tools * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs * Provide technical guidance and support to team members * Develop and maintain knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends * Stay up-to-date with new features and releases of the platform * Participate in the development of the company's IT strategy and contribute to the definition of IT priorities * Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization * Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation of new technologies and processes * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors * Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders * Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures * Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization * Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation of new technologies and processes * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors * Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders * Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures
