You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of project delivery, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and go-live. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities * Lead and manage a team of SAP IBP consultants. * Oversee the delivery of SAP IBP projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. * Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. * Participate in the presales process, including solution design and proposal development. * Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team. * Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP IBP technologies and trends. * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders. * Identify and mitigate project risks. * Ensure that the team follows IBM methodologies and best practices. Required Technical and Professional Expertise * At least 5 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and consulting. * Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes. * Experience in leading and managing teams. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. * Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus. * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience * SAP IBP certification. * Experience with other SAP supply chain solutions (e.g., APO, ECC). * Experience with other planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder). * Experience with data integration and reporting tools. * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
