Your responsibilities

• Managing a team of salespeople in the Premium Salon;
• Supervising the achievement of sales targets by subordinate employees;
• Providing support and motivating the team to achieve the best results;
• Organizing training sessions and conveying information about products and services of the Premium Salon;
• Monitoring the quality of customer service and ensuring their satisfaction;
• Conducting sales analysis and implementing actions to improve results;
• Cooperating with other company departments to achieve set goals;
• Comprehensive store and product management;
• Performing HR and administrative duties;
• Building a positive company image in the market and long-term customer relationships.

Our requirements

• Experience in a managerial position related to sales team management;
• Ability to plan and organize one's own work and the work of the subordinate team;
• Analytical skills;
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level;
• Interest in fashion and styling;
• Minimum secondary education (higher education preferred).
