Team Leader - Quality Assurance

Supervise quality control operations and ensure compliance of products and services with established standards, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and respect for quality standards.

Responsabilités :

• Establish and supervise quality control activities for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products within your area of responsibility.
• Ensure the holding and release of materials and products according to company quality standards.
• Define, establish, and maintain up-to-date procedures and standards for the quality management system. Facilitate collaboration by ensuring access to relevant information.
• Analyze, investigate, and document complaints to take necessary actions.
• Maintain surveillance, report, and analyze underlying causes of non-conformities; develop and implement corrective and preventive measures (CAPA).
• Supervise and guide employee work to ensure uniform application of procedures and standards related to quality assurance.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with current norms and regulations.
• Maintain surveillance and analyze quality performance indicators, propose corrective and preventive actions based on results obtained.
• Write reports and presentations on quality performance and improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present product performance reports to clients according to predefined criteria.
• Work closely with production, R&D, logistics, and customer support departments to optimize processes and resolve quality issues.
• Supervise quality training sessions for all employees to raise awareness of the importance of quality assurance.
• Coordinate transversal projects on predefined themes.
