Our team is looking for a dedicated leader for the Verdum work point in Orăștie!

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Team Leader to join our team at the Verdum work point in Orăștie. If you are an organized person, oriented towards results, and have excellent communication skills, this position may be suitable for you.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervising the team and ensuring the achievement of set objectives;
• Developing and motivating team members to achieve high performance;
• Coordinating daily activities at the work point;
• Ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment;
• Reporting to senior management on team progress and challenges.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar position or in the field of management;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• The ability to work under pressure and resolve problems efficiently;
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to rapid changes;
• A valid driving license category B is required.
• Authorization as a forklift operator would be a significant advantage, but it is not a mandatory requirement.
