Our team is looking for a leader for our work point in Verdum, Ilfov

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated leader to join our team at our work point in Verdum, Ilfov. If you're a person-oriented towards results, with excellent communication and organizational skills, then this position might be suitable for you.

What you will do:

• SUPERVISION AND COORDINATION OF THE WORK TEAM AT TWO WORK POINTS IN VERDUM, ILOVO (POPESTI LEORDENI AND DRAGOMIRESTI DEAL).
• ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH QUALITY STANDARDS AND TIME LIMITS ESTABLISHED.
• DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGIES FOR IMPROVING TEAM PERFORMANCE.
• FURTHERING AND MOTIVATING TEAM MEMBERS TO ACHIEVE OBJECTIVES.
• COLLABORATION WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS FOR OPTIMIZING WORK PROCESSES.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar position or in the field of team management.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and resolve problems calmly and efficiently.
• Increased flexibility and the ability to adapt to rapid changes.
• Availability for frequent travel, between the two coordinated work points (approximately 25 km apart).
• Knowledge of operating a computer and Microsoft Office programs.
• A valid driving license category B is required.
• Autorization as a truck driver represents a significant advantage.
• Knowledge regarding categories and waste management, represents an advantage.
