Team Leader Production (all genders)
Job description
- Leadership, organization, and continuous development of the production department Stoffe, Nähen und Polstern
- Ensuring efficient workflows and quality standards along the entire manufacturing chain
- Transferring development and design data into production as part of preparation work
- Responsibility for production and timely availability while maintaining safety, health, and quality standards
- Participation in weekly production planning and ongoing control of manufacturing processes
- Personnel deployment planning and creation of shift plans
- Implementation and further development of Lean activities (SFM, 5S)
- Analysis of KPIs and derivation and implementation of improvement measures
- Collaboration on innovation and investment projects as well as compliance with legal regulations in the area of Environment, Safety, and Health
