Team Leader Product Engineering

The position covers the leader of the team for Product Engineering in Audio , Video Communication products. The TL will be covering the following activities:

• Serve as technical mentor the team, hire and onboard new joiners for the Mechanical and Hardware teams.
• Conduct workshops with team and Lead design proposals for new business opportunities outlining BOSCH design solutions to customer requirements.
• Develop required infrastructure / lab for the team to perform the project delivery
• Track and Report KPI
• Part of the project team.
• Conduct career dialogues with the associates.
• Competency development owner for the group.
• First level escalation with External Customers / internal stakeholders.
• Ensure to obtain PO ontime and monthly billing.
• Planisware, Promise and risk analysis.
• Problem solving, continuous improvement & cost reduction activities.
• Participation on team strategy along with partner.
• Communicate with BOSCH core engineering on product direction, design standards & customer requirements.
