The Civil Aviation Authority is the regulatory arm of our organisation and the Aviation Security Service is the nationwide provider for aviation security. CAA are looking for a Team Leader, People Services to lead our HR services function that provides first and foremost an exceptional employee experience. This role will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals who provide support to employees across the Authority. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders. They will also have a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management. In addition, they will be able to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the Authority's overall goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, and at least 5 years' experience in an HR leadership role.
