Job description
- Support the day-to-day service delivery, ensuring alignment with defined Service Level Agreements, and Quality Standards.
- Assist in ensuring process compliance with the Group Business Process Model.
- Contribute to maintaining clearly defined, documented, and up-to-date processes and operating procedures (across the different stream Teams).
- Monitor the teams performance against agreed objectives and support the Manager in implementing improvement actions where needed (across the different stream Teams).
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the department to help achieve business objectives and enhance process efficiency.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the internal control framework for processes in scope.
- Prepare the regular performance reports for Senior Management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to help attract and retain talent.
- Contribute to ongoing transition projects and support change management initiatives.
