Are you ready for a challenging leadership role in the dynamic world of logistics? As Team Leader Order Fulfillment, you will work with a dedicated team of 15-20 colleagues. With your specialized team, you ensure that seeds are ready to go to the departments for seed improvement, quality controls, and packaging, as well as preparing worldwide orders and professional warehouse management. Given the complexity of our business, your team is an indispensable and responsible link in the chain that ensures our high-quality seeds reach agricultural entrepreneurs and gardeners all over the world.

The challenge

The logistics operation within Syngenta Enkhuizen runs at full speed, and your Order Fulfillment team plays a crucial role. As a decisive team leader, you take full responsibility for optimal staffing, daily coaching, and continuous process improvement. OTIF (On Time In Full) is your determining KPI! You have a sharp insight into logistics work processes and can make targeted improvement proposals, while ensuring seamless alignment with key stakeholders, including Order Managers and Supply Planners. With ownership and decisiveness, you determine priorities that lead to maximum performance. Through your inspiring leadership, KPIs are exceeded, and your team remains highly motivated. You remain proactive about developments in logistics processes and market trends, and test in coordination with the Group Lead the Ways of Working to always deliver the best results.
