What you'll bring:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse
* Experience working with other services, including the wider community, DHB's and other Health Organisations
* A commitment to Te Ao Māori and the ability to lead with cultural awareness
* Strong team-building and mentoring skills
* A proactive, flexible approach and creative problem-solving
* Clinical experience in mental health and addiction

What you'll do:
* Inspire support and lead a team of 9-10 staff, including 4 clinicians
* Provide acute care in a supportive, homelike environment
* Work closely with community partners and other health providers
* Support people and their families through critical moments
* Collaborate as part of the wider Wellington leadership team
