Team Leader Occupational Therapist - Clinic Based

Our Client:

Our client is a well-established multidisciplinary private practice providing high-quality therapy services to children and families across Northern Melbourne. Supporting clients aged 0–18 years, the clinic works with a wide range of developmental and disability needs from mild to complex presentations, through both NDIS and private funding. While primarily clinic-based, services are also delivered in homes, schools, and kindergartens, offering both individual and group-based interventions tailored to each child’s unique goals.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist (minimum 4 years’ experience) to step into a Team Leader position in Melbourne. You’ll manage a clinical caseload while mentoring and leading a small team of Occupational Therapists, with strong support from management as the team continues to grow.

Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered (minimum 4 days/week). Flexible working arrangements are available to help you achieve a great work/life balance.

About You:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working with paediatric clients
• Full AHPRA registration
• Current (or willingness to obtain) Working With Children Check
• Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
