Your tasks: Disciplinary and technical leadership of the technical documentation of approximately 8 employees
Creating and developing documentation guidelines
Establishing the systematic orientation of the technical documentation and cooperation with service providers
Standardizing documentation, as well as continuous improvements and further development to a future-oriented, digital user documentation
Developing and introducing documentation and information systems
Coordinating employees for timely provision of project-related product documentation and your own active participation
Creating graphical representations from technical drawings and 3D models, as well as preparing photos
Editorial support in the creation, updating, and maintenance of risk assessment
A completed degree in the field of Technical Editing, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology or comparable qualification
First leadership experience or professional experience in technical documentation 
Good knowledge of cosima or comparable editing systems

Knowledge of legal and normative requirements for creating technical documentation
Knowledge of machine safety and machinery directive or -ordinance
Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
A high degree of team ability, structure, self-reliance, and a systematic working method
Good English language skills in writing and speaking, ideally additional foreign languages
