Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader (Italy)

Requirements:

  • High school or university technical studies in the field of Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electromechanical Engineering
  • 5–10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing company
  • Leadership and team management skills, orientation towards continuous improvement, and knowledge of Lean Management principles
  • Fluent knowledge of Italian and English languages
  • Availability for on-call interventions (on-call)


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the mechanical maintenance team, including organizing activities, shift planning, and professional development of team members
  • Planning and supervising maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of machines, equipment, and installations
  • Monitoring performance indicators, budget, and productivity
  • Coordinating breakdowns and implementing continuous improvement measures
  • Managing the maintenance plan, scheduled downtimes, and major interventions
  • Administering the need for materials, spare parts, and external services for maintenance activities
  • Collaborating with the Production, Electrical Maintenance, and Automation departments to coordinate maintenance activities
